Karen
Griffel Co-Owner/Director Karen began Learning Connections in 2002. She was motivated
by her desire to offer more choices to individuals coping with learning difficulties. With a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and certificatioins in Exceptional Student Education and Elementary
Education, Karen has over 20 years of experience working with children and adults. She is experienced in helping students
cope with many different issues such as ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and behavioral issues. You can contact Karen

Joanne Anibarro, MA Program Development Joanne has her Master's degree in
Education and has spent several years teaching in the public school system. She also has her certification in applied
Behavioral Analysis and has many years experience working with children with various skill levels. You can contact Joanne

Ginny
McMillen,MS Program Facilitator Ginny is a former Orange County
Public School teacher, with a Master's degree in Special Education, and certifications in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special,
and Gifted education. Ginny is an excellent teacher and is committed to challenging our students to reach their highest
potential.
Mary Rajchel Program Facilitator Mary has been with Learning Connections for over 3 years. Mary has been trained in all programs offered by Learning Connections and she is a fantastic addition to our team. She homeschooled her 3 children, all of whom are now grown and are successful, happy adults. Her two sons both attended Military Academies and are proudly serving our country. |
